S E N T E N C E

1. Saimasi you are 44 years of age and you also appear for the first time in any Court of Law. Prior to your offending you had good grounds to believe that it was the son of the victim and others who threw stones at your house earlier that day.
2. I accept from what you told the court that no stone was involved in your offending. In any event what I said to the last defendant also applies to you and that you should try and control your anger next time you are provoked. You are a mature man and you have journeyed through life for 44 years without offending.
3. You are convicted and ask to come up for sentence within 12 months, you will not to be called upon if you do not reoffend.
