S E N T E N C E

  1. Aniseko you are also a repeat burglary and theft offender. You have a previous conviction record involving burglary and theft in 2013, 2014 and 2015. You have been given many many chances.
  2. You must learn that you cannot keep breaking into peoples houses every time you want money. An imprisonment sentence is now required to deter you from future offending I start sentencing at 3 years in prison.
  3. Ae toese le tausaga e tasi Aniseko ona o lou ioe i le moliaga ua sefe ai foi le taimi a le faamasinoga totoe ai le 2 tausaga mo le solitulafono lea o le talepe fale. (Defendant promised that this will be his last escape if he is serving his term at Olomanu).
