FINDING


The complainants in this matter were also named in a consolidated case (referenced UDF's 72 -76 & 81/10) heard by the Panel on 9/9/11, a finding of which was delivered by the Panel on
17/11/11.


In that matter the Panel found that the termination of the complainants were unfair and had awarded compensation to the complainants except John Mae and Charlie Felix.


Having heard evidence from John Mae and Charlie Felix as to their salaries when they were still employed by Solomon Security & Protection Services Ltd (the respondent), the Panel makes the following awards:


John Mae
1. One month pay in lieu of notice
- $1,333.20
2. Loss of employment (3 x $1,333.20)
- $3,999.60

- $5,332.80

Charlie Felix
1. One month pay in lieu of notice
- $1,528.00
2. Loss of employment (3 x $1,528.00)
- $4,584.00
Total
- $6,112.00

ORDER


The respondent is to pay the complainants as above within 14 days.


APPEAL
