GAULI, SM: The Complainant in this cause of action seeks to recover the K3000.00 he gave to the Defendant for the Defendant to bid on his behalf for a vehicle which were advertised for internal tenders by the National Aids Council the employer for the Defendant.


And the Complainant claims for the following orders –


1. The principle amount of K3000.00


2. Interest at 8% pursuant to statute


3. Any other orders as the court deems fit
