THE JUDICATURE AMENDMENT ACT 1977

An Act to amend the Judicature Ordinance 1961

[20 December 1977

1. Short title - This Act may be cited as the Judicature Amendment Act 1977, and shall be read together with and be deemed part of the Judicature Ordinance 1961 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance).

2. This section inserted s. 3 in the principal Act.

3. Repeal - Section 350 of the Samoa Act 1921 (N.Z.) is repealed.
