SENTENCE
- The accused Vaeluaga Tulei appears for sentence on the charge of robbery to which he had pleaded not guilty. At trial he was found
guilty as charged.
- The evidence shows that the accused robbed the complainant of her purse which contained $200, the keys to office, and her lipstick.
- The accused is sentenced to 15 months imprisonment. The time that the accused has spent in custody since December 2011 has already
been deducted in respect of another robbery charge on which he was sentenced to imprisonment last week and is not to be further deducted
in respect of this offence.
