RULING OF JUSTICE VAAI

DATED - 25/03/2002

1. No appearance by Counsel for the Defendants and the motion to rescind the Writ of Arrest is accordingly refused.
   
2. Judgment is entered by default in the sum of US$4,613.15 and S$79.50 for the plaintiff.
   
3. On the question of costs Counsel for the plaintiff is to file and serve on Counsel for the defendants and the Registrar of the Court (who released the passports) memorandum of costs.
   
4. All funds deposited by the defendants are to be released to the plaintiff.
