To amend the Teaching Service Act No.15 of 1983.

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows: -

  1. AMENDMENT OF THE TEACHING SERVICE ACT NO.15 OF 1983

The Teaching Service Act No.15 of 1983 is amended by deleting section 50 thereof.

  1. COMMENCEMENT

This Act shall come into force on the day of its publication in the Gazette.
