SUSPENSION OF SENTENCES (REPEAL) ACT

An Act to repeal the Suspension of Sentences Act [CAP 67].

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Repeal

The Suspension of Sentences Act [CAP 67] is repealed.

2 Commencement

This Act comes into force on the date on which it is published in the Gazette.
