An Act to amend the Liquor Licensing Act [CAP 52]

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Amendments

The Liquor Licensing Act [CAP 52] is amended as set out in the Schedule.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on 1 January 2001.

(a) Delete "2,500", substitute "2,750";

(b) Delete "12,000" (twice occurring), substitute "13,200";

(c) Delete "15,000", substitute "16,500";

(d) Delete "20,000", substitute "22,000";

(e) Delete "25,000", substitute "27,500";

(f) Delete "30,000" (wherever occurring), substitute "33,000";

(g) Delete "40,000" (twice occurring), substitute "44,000";

(h) Delete "45,000" (twice occurring), substitute "49,500";

(i) Delete "50,000", substitute "55,000";

(j) Delete "60,000" (twice occurring), substitute "66,000";

(k) Delete "77,000", substitute "84,700";

(l) Delete "85,000", substitute "93,500".

Explanatory Note

This Bill amends the Liquor Licensing Act [CAP 52] so as to increase licence fees payable under that Act.
