LOAN AGREEMENT (RATIFICATION)
ACT NO. 11 OF 2009

An Act to provide for the ratification of the E-Government Project Government Concessional Loan Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu and the Export-Import Bank of China.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows:

1 Ratification

The E-Government Project Government Concessional Loan Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu represented by the Ministry of Finance and Economic Management and the Export-Import Bank of China dated 11 June 2008 is ratified.

A copy of the Agreement is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
