AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING THE MELANESIAN SPEARHEAD GROUP (RATIFICATION) ACT
NO. 18 OF 2007

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Agreement establishing the Melanesian Spearhead Group.

Be it enacted by the President and the Parliament as follows:

1 Ratification

The Agreement establishing the Melanesian Spearhead Group is ratified.

A copy of the Agreement is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
