JUDGMENT


Having heard Mr Malcolm who speaks also on behalf of Mrs Thyna in relation to the settlement of this matter pursuant to a Deed of Agreement, to be duly executed,


It is Ordered by Consent that-


  1. Judgment be entered in favour of the Claimant against the Defendant for the sum of VT 1.600.000.
  2. The Defendants will pay the sum of VT 1.600.000 to the Claimant in accordance with the terms of the Deed of Agreement, a copy of which the Defendants shall furnish the Court with forthwith after its execution by Parties or their Counsel.
  3. There be no Order as to costs.
