ORAL VERDICT


Pursuant to Section 8 of the Penal Code Act Cap 135, the prosecution has not discharged its legal and evidential burden of proof to establish that the defendant Lynn Joe committed the act he is charged with under Section 98 A of the Act.


The Court therefore hereby returns a verdict of Not-Guilty against the defendant and orders that –


(1) He be acquitted of the charge; and

(2) He be released from custody forthwith.
