- Defendant is to pay a further sum of VT2 million by bank cheque made out to the Chief Registrar Supreme Court Trust Account by 7th June 2011 and delivered at the Supreme Court Registry
in Santo;
- Defendant is to pay a further sum of VT1,986,437 by bank cheque made out to the Chief Registrar Supreme Court Trust Account by 7th August 2011 and delivered at the Supreme Court
Registry in Santo;
- Costs and interest to be paid as agreed or to be assessed by the Court;
- Liberty reserved to the parties to apply to the Court on 3 days clear notice for assessment conference;
- Enforcement warrant is cancelled forthwith.
