1. The Defendant pay the Claimant

a. the amount of A$27,984.00 (AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY FOUR).

b. Interest on AUD$27,984.00 at 5% p.a. accruing at $3.83 per day from date of filing, 2 March 2010 up to and including date of judgement, 7 June 2010 (97 days) being $371.51 (THREE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY ONE DOLLARS AND FIFTY ONE CENTS).

c. Costs as agreed between the parties, failing agreement after 28 days to be assessed.
