ORDER


Upon hearing Mr Tevanu in person in relation to an Application dated 3rd March 2005,


And there being no appearance by the Defendants and no objections raised by any of them or by the ANZ Bank to the making of an order as requested in paragraph 1 of the Said Application,


And upon reading the sworn statement of Anderson Tevanu in support of the Application,


Now therefore I Order that -


(1) The ANZ Bank Branches in Port Vila and Luganville through their respective Managers be hereby required to release and provide to the Court with 7 days of service of this Order on them, copies of all cheques drawn from Account No. 578694 operated by the Second Defendant herein for the period from and including 6th June 2000 to and including 4th January 2001.

(2) There be no order as to costs.
