ORDER


Upon hearing Mr Michael Kalmet in person in respect to the failure by Defendant’s failure to abide by the Orders of the Court dated 11th March 2005, in particular paragraph 2 thereof,


And exercising the liberty granted to him under paragraph 3 of the Said Orders, the Claimant seeks the release of the keys and vehicle by the Registrar to the Claimant.


Now therefore I order that -


  1. The keys to vehicle Registered No. 5088 and the vehicle itself be released forthwith by the Registry to the Claimant.
  2. No further order as to costs.
