ORDER

Upon hearing Mr Michael Kalmet in person in respect to the failure by Defendant’s failure to abide by the Orders of the Court dated 11^th March 2005, in particular paragraph 2 thereof,

And exercising the liberty granted to him under paragraph 3 of the Said Orders, the Claimant seeks the release of the keys and vehicle by the Registrar to the Claimant.

Now therefore I order that -

1. The keys to vehicle Registered No. 5088 and the vehicle itself be released forthwith by the Registry to the Claimant.
   
2. No further order as to costs.
