DEFAULT JUDGMENT


  1. Default Judgment is entered against the Defendants on the ground that the Defendants have not filed a response within 14 days and defence within 28 days after being served with the claim in this proceeding on 20 May 2005, and the Judgment is as follows:

(a) The claim is in Vatu 1,378,212;

(b) Interest at 12% up to the date of this judgment;

(c) Costs of Vatu 20,000.


  1. The Defendants must settle the Judgment sum with the costs and interest by 28 days from today’s date.
