ORDER


After hearing Mr Leo on behalf of First and Second Defendants, the Court orders that:


  1. The Claimant filed and serve any reply to the Defence and a Defence to the Counterclaim by on or before of business Friday 24 December 2004;
  2. The parties attend to mutual disclosure by on or before close of business Friday 11 February 2005;
  3. That parties attend mutual inspection of any documents so disclosed by on or before close of business Friday 25 February 2005;
  4. The Claimant to file and serve any and all statements of evidence and experts’ reports upon which the Claimant proposes to rely, by on or before close of business Friday 12 March 2005;
  5. The Defendant to file any and all statements of evidence and experts’ reports in reply and/or in support of the Counterclaim, on or before close of business Friday 8 April 2005;
  6. The Claimant to file any and all statements and experts’ reports strictly in reply to those filed by the Defendant, by on or before close of business Friday 22 April 2005;
  7. The matter be listed for a further conference at 8.30 a.m on 25th April 2005.
