Upon hearing Mr Richard Kalses as Agent for Mr R. Warsal, counsel for the First Respondent, it is ordered that –


  1. The First Respondent file and serve their defence to the Petition by 4:30 a.m today.
  2. The Petitioner file and serve a response within 7 days thereafter.
  3. The First Respondent to have a further 3 days thereafter to file further response.
  4. Counsel to provide notices to cross-examine deponents within a further response.
  5. Trial is set for hearing on the week commencing Monday 21st February until 24th February 2005 at 9 O’clock a.m.
  6. Costs to be in the cause.
