UPON hearing Mr Richard Kalses for the Respondents and Mr Jean-Marie Vatu on behalf of the Applicants, I hereby Order that –

(1) The hearing for the Applicants application be adjourned for the last time to Tuesday 25^th May 2004 at 0830 hours.

(2) The Applicants will pay the Respondent’s costs of 15^th March 2004 fixed at VT15.000 and the costs thrown away for today at VT10.000.

(3) The total costs of VT25.000 shall be paid by the Applicants before 25^th May 2004.
