The defendants having been served and not having appeared to the writ and not delivering a defence, it is this day adjudged that the Plaintiff recover against the Defendants herein jointly and severally the sum of VT1,464,000 and interests at 12% per annum to the date of judgement, and costs of the action.


The Defendants have liberty to apply to set aside this Judgment within 21 days from the date hereof.
