SENTENCE

UPON HEARING Mr. Hilary Toa for the defendant and Mr. Eric Sciba for the Prosecution, AND UPON considering the submissions and mitigations, the Court makes the following sentence as the appropriate sentence in this case.

Defendant Willie Tasso is discharged under Section 43 of the Penal Code Act [CAP. 135].
