ORDER
1. The Appeal of the Public Prosecutor concerning
(a) the fine imposed by the Magistrate is dismissed.
(b) the maintenance ordered for the wife and two children is allowed as set out below.
2. The respondent will pay maintenance as follows:-
(a) for the two children together – Vt6,240 per fortnight commencing on 5th July 2002.
(b) For the wife – Vt500 per fortnight commencing on 5th July 2002.
All sums are to be paid directly into the bank account of the wife. The respondent is to keep a record of sums paid.
(The parties must ask the Court for an amended Order when each child reaches 18 years or if the respondent’s pay changes)
3. The respondent must pay the school fees of both children until they reach 18 years. The first fees are to be paid for the term starting in August 2002.
4. There will be no Order for costs.
