ORDER

1. Prosecution and defence to serve upon each other by 3 p.m. on 28th June the names and witness statements of those witnesses (including that of the defendant, if to be called) upon whom they will rely at the hearing.

2. Prosecution and defence to notify each other by 3 p.m. on 12 July of which witnesses are required to give oral evidence at the hearing. Failing notification a witness statement may be read into evidence.

3. The hearing will take place on 2nd August at 9 a.m.
