The defendant, Yvon Firiam, is charged with Rape c/s 91 Penal Code.

He is bailed on the following conditions:-

1. To report every Thursday between 8 a.m. and 4-30 p.m. to Port Vila central Police Station.

2. To have no contact with prosecution witnesses. His lawyer may contact the prosecution witnesses to take statements.

3. To attend Court on 14 December at 1.30 p.m.
