JUDGEMENT

The Plaintiff obtained judgement i favour on appeal on 10th July, 2000 for a meagrmeagre sum of VT 5.670 outstanding since 1994.

Mr. Hakwa appeared on this date and confirmed he had paid VT 5to the Registry a couple ofle of days prior to the return date . The only amount outstanding was the sum of VT 670.

The dant undertook to the Court that he would pay this amount immediately at the end of t of the Court hearing. Upon this undertaking the Court directed the Parties to attend the Registry for the Plaintiff to be paid the sum of VT 5.000 and for the Defendant to pay the balance of VT 670. It is understood that the balance has been paid off by the Defendant to the Plaintiff and that therefore the matter is now settled and the case is now at end.
