v.
Graham TAVIMASOE of N'GUNA
JUDGMENT.
The accused, Graham TAVIMASOE of N'guna pleaded guilty to the Larceny from the store of Messrs. BURNS PHILP (NEW HEBRIDES) LIMITED of seventeen bottles of wine valued at A.$ 6.80 on the 24th. November, 1969.
He was suspected after being seen entertaining his friends lavishly to wine. When approached accused feely admitted entering the store on the night of the 24th. November, 1969 and stealing the wine. The Public Prosecutor told the Court that the accused who is unemployed and unmarried has no previous convictions.
Mr. HALLETT, Native Advocate ad hoc conveyed the accused's regrets to the Court and stressed his youth.
The Court finding the accused guilty as charged fines him A.$.20.00 or in default 14 days imprisonment.
