IN THE JOINT COURT OF THE NEW HEBRIDES
Judgment No. 677
The fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty one.
The Joint Court, composed as stated in Judgment No. 676 given at the sitting in the case against McLean and the latter having presented the defence of Georges Native of Paama.
Gave the following judgment.
Considering the identity of the reasons contained in the afore said judgment of the case against McLean
Confirms the Judgment of the Court of First Instance of Central district No. 1, of the 15th February 1941 which imposed on the native Georges a fine of four shillings (sterling)
Orders him moreover to pay the costs taxed at six francs fifty two centimes,
And, in default of payment of the fine, imposes a sentence of one day's imprisonment.
Pronounced in open Court on the date above-mentioned.
