Confirmation of Judgment

WHEREAS a judgment was delivered by the Court of First Instance, Central District No. 1, on the twenty fifth day of march one thousand nine hundred and thirty five, sentencing Doan Van Phuc called Gambetta, a Tonkinese French dependent, living at Vila, to thirty days imprisonment for the sale of opium.
NOW in conformity with Article 21 paragraph 11 of the convention of the 6th August, 1914, the Court of First Instance having made a sound estimation of the facts of the case and a just application of the law, the joint Court hereby confirms the aforementioned judgment dated the twenty fifth day of March one thousand nine hundred and thirty five of the Court of First Instance, Central District No 1.
