French Dependent, Carpenter, Vila


This twentyfourth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty nine.

In the matter of a charge against FUTUTOMA, Japanese, French dependent. The above named FUTUTOMA stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did at Vila on November 13th, 1929 supply alcoholic liquor to natives TAVERO and ALICK contrary to Article 59 of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said FUTUTOMA for his said offence to pay a fine of Francs 100 and the costs of the prosecution.
