This twentyfourth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty nine.

In the matter of a charge against FUTUTOMA, Japanese, French dependent. The above named FUTUTOMA stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did at Vila on November 13^th, 1929 supply alcoholic liquor to natives TAVERO and ALICK contrary to Article 59 of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said FUTUTOMA for his said offence to pay a fine of Francs 100 and the costs of the prosecution.
