JUDGMENT
PUBLIC PROSECUTOR
v
TOA, of Aoba, employee of N. Bascou at the Cinema Pitalogue, Vila.
This .twenty second day of October, 1929.
In the matter of a charge against TOA, Native of Aoba, in the employ of Bascou at the Cinema Pitalogue, Vila.
The above named TOA stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did on the 2nd March, 1929, supply cognac to the native Chinnery of Mai, contrary to Section I of the joint Regulation No 4 of 1916.
Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said TOA for his said offence to pay a fine of 500 francs and the costs of the proceedings.
