TAM-VAN-A.
This 25th day of May 1928.
In the matter of a charge against TAM-VAN-A, a Tongkinese French subject.
The above named TAM-VAN-A stands convicted before the Joint Court, for that he did on board the S.S.St Mitchel, on or about the 19th November,1927, supply one bottle of gin to NAKOMAHA a native of Tanna contrary to Art.59 of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914. Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said TAM-VAN -A for his said offence to pay a fine of francs 300 and the costs of the prosecution.
