JUDGMENT
This twentythird day of October, 1928.
In the matter of the charges against MESS, a French subject.
Information having been laid by the Public Prosecutor that MESS a French subject hereinafter called the defendant during the year 1928 at Vila in the New Hebrides aforesaid did fraudulently engage LUCY a native woman wife of PENI contrary to Article 31 parag.5 of the Convention of 1914.
The Court having heard and determined the said information doth hereby dismiss the same.
