TRAN VAN GO, Tonkinese.


JUDGMENT


This fourteenth day of September, 1928.

In the matter of a charge against TRAN VAN GO, Tonkinese.

The above named TRAN VAN GO stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did on 11th June 1928 supply three bottles of cognac to natives OLULU, TELMEL and COLOTI, contrary to articles 59 and 61 of the Convention of 1914. Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said TRAN VAN GO for his said offence to pay a fine of Frs: 300 and costs of the prosecution.
