HAM CHONG.
This 26th day of April 1927.
In the matter of two: charges against HAM CHONG, Chinese, a British ressortissant, Storekeeper of Vila.
The above named HAM CHONG stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did on the 15th and 18th days of April 1927 supply alcoholic liquor to natives, contrary to the provisions of Art 59 of the Anglo-French Convention 1914.
In view of the fact that the present offences of which the above named HAM CHONG stands convicted were committed before the sentence of the 22nd instant was imposed on him the Joint Court sentences the said HAM CHONG for his said offences to pay a fine of frs 500 and the costs of the prosecution.
