TA MING, or COOK


This 16th day of December, 1927.

In the matter of a charge against TA MING or COOK a Chinese, British Ressortissant Storekeeper of Vila.

The above named TA MING stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did on the 6th day of November, 1927 at Vila aforesaid supply to one KALTAPANG a native of the New Hebrides alcoholic liquor, to wit one bottle of cognac, contrary to the Anglo-French Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said TA MING for his said offence to pay a fine of frs.250 and the costs of the prosecution.
