NABEME NAKANDAKARE.


This 6th day of December, 1927.

In the matter of a charge against NABEME NAKANDAKARE, a Japanese, French Ressortissant of Vila.

The above named Nabeme Nakandakare stands convicted before the Joint Court for thay he did on the 2nd day of September 1927 at Vila aforesaid supply to Andrew a native of the New Hebrides, one bottle of cognac, contrary to Art.59 of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said Nabeme Nakandakare for his said offence to pay a fine of Frs.500 and to eight days imprisonment, and to the costs of the prosecution.
