WILLY and JACK.


This 4th day of October, 1927.

In the matter of a charge against WILLY and Jack natives of Oaba in the New Hebrides of stealing coconuts the property of the Tonkinese VUONG a French subject, of Mele, Efate. The Court having considered the question of the above mentioned charge determines that the same is not proved and dismisses it.

The costs to be borne by the Condominium Government.
