KIM SAM
This 24 day of June 1927.
In the matter of a charge against Kim Sam, a Chinese, British ressortissant, Engineer, and Storekeeper of Vila. for that he did on the 6th day of June 1927 at Vila aforesaid supply alcoholic liquor to wit two bottles of beer to the natives Joseph and Albert contrary to Art 59 (i) of the Anglo-French Convention 1914. The Joint Court having heard and determined the said charge and being of that the circumstances of the said offence are so closely connected in all respects with certain previous offences already dealt with as to constitute part of the same said offences dismisses the same.
The costs of the prosecution to be borne by the Condominium Govt.
