This 14th day of June 1927.

In the matter of a charge against Tran Van Lai, Tonkinese, French Subject of Vila.

The above named Tran Van Lai stands convicted before the Joint Court for that he did on the 8th June 1927 at Vila supply alcoholic liquor to wit one bottle of wine Kota a native of Tanna contrary to Art 59 (i) of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said Tran Van Lai for his said offence to pay a fine of frs 100 and the costs of the prosecution.
