This 20th day of May 1927

In the matter of a charge against NHU a Tonkinese, French subject of Vila, of supplying on the 7th day of May 1927 alcoholic liquor to wit 1 bottle of wine to a native, Nabowa of Tanna contary to Art. 59 of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914.

The above named NHU stands convicted before the Joint Court of the aforesaid offence.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said NHU for his said offence to pay a fine of frs 50 and the Costs.
