In the matter of a charge against Kora, Frank, and Joseph, natives of Epi in the New Hebrides of stealing coconuts the property of Fraser a French citizen of Epi aforesaid The Court having considered the question of the above-mentioned charge determines that the same is not proved and dismisses it.

The costs to be borne by the Condominium Govt.
