PUBLIC PROSECUTOR
V
MARTODIKROMO.
This 6th day of May 1927.

The Joint Court is of the opinion that the two acts of supplying alcoholic liquor to the natives JOSEPH and YACKO, who were together in the store of Nabeme, with which the above named was separately charged, were so closely related in point of time that they constitute but one offence.
The above named MARTODIKROMO thereupon stands convicted for that she did on the 6th day of November last supply alcoholic liquor to the natives JOSEPH and YACKO.
Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said MARTODIKROMO for her said offence to pay a fine of frs 100, and the costs of the prosecution, or in default imprisonment.
