In the matter of a charge against UNG SAN GHOI or LOKOI Chinese, French ressortissant, of Vila

The above named UNG SAN GHOI, or LOKOI stands convicted, for that he did on the 10th day of April 1927 supply alcoholic liquor to a native contrary to Article 59 of the Convention of 1914. Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said UNG SAN GHOI or LOKOI for his said offence to pay a fine of Frs 100 and the Costs of the prosecution.
