THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR


versus


MINTO MAC'COY.


This twentysixth day of June 1923,

In the matter of a charge against MINTO MAC'COY, of EFATE.

The above named MINTO MAC'COY Stands convicted before the Joint Court for that on or about the 16th or 17th of December 1922 he supplied alcoholic liquor to the natives:

GUEL.
KAKIL.
GAULIN.

Contrary to the provisions of Article 59 of the Convention of the 20th October 1906.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said MINTO MAC'COY for this said offence to pay a fine of fifteen pounds (£ 15) and the costs of these proceedings.
