THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR


versus


AUGUSTUS MAC'COY.


This twentysixth day of June 1923,

In the matter of a charge against AUGUSTUS MAC'COY,.

The above named AUGUSTUS MAC'COY stands convicted before the Joint Court for that on or about the 30th of November 1922 he supplied alcoholic liquor to certain natives on THE PACIFIC ISLANDS INVESTMENT COY at MELE, EFATE. Contrary to the provisions of Article 59 of the Convention of the 20th October 1906.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said AUGUSTUS MAC'COY for this said offence to pay a fine of Twelve pounds (£ 12) and the costs of these proceedings.
