THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR


versus


JOHN JOSEPH HUNT.


This second day of April 1918.

In the matter of a charge against JOHN JOSEPH HUNT of Vila

The above named JOHN JOSEPH HUNT stands convicted before the Joint Court for that on the 12th day of February 1918 he supplied beer to certain natives including one Johnny contrary to the provisions of Article LIX of the Convention of the 20th. October 1906.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said JOHN JOSEPH HUNT of Vila for his said offence to pay a fine of two pounds (£2) and the costs of these proceedings.
