Public Prosecutor v Fraser [1913] VUNHJC 24; Criminal 177 (16 May 1913)

Case No 177.

This sixteenth day of May one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, in the matter of a charge against DONALD FRASER.

The above named DONALD FRASER stands convicted in default of his appearance before the Joint Court for that on or about April 1911 he did supply intoxicating liquor to a native named Montarero contrary to the provisions of the Article LIX of the Convention.

Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said DONALD FRASER to pay a penalty of five pounds (£1) and costs.
